Random writing for 9/15/2016

The last night in a hotel this week...it's been a long week and I'm ready to head home for a couple days to recharge before I'm back on Sunday.

Tonight I flipped through the "writing prompts" book again and found other good one - one that I'm actually gonna share. :-)

What is a sure-fire way to distract you from the task at hand?

Listening to the wrong music - I'll pick up on the lyrics and that will lead me down a deep, dark rabbit hole of finding and reading the lyrics, then to YouTube to watch the video which will lead to watching movie clips and other videos. That will almost always lead me to Facebook to post some of the videos. It's happened time and time again.
